Ok fellas. Well I have planned my first cycle in 3 years. I was a member of ths board since 2000 and have done many cycles. Here is my plan but i need some of your help with the PCT. I have used Nolva before, but i need some dosage experience.
Stats 30 Y/R old 5'10 205lbs at about 16% BF. My goals for this cycle arent to gain weight as much as it is to gain solid muscle and get back what i have lost over the years. I have planned everything down to my diet. I plan on taking in about 3500-4000 calories per day. Around 300 grams of protein which should account for about 2/3rds of my calories. I will limit my carb intake but i wont cut it off.
I will run Omna at 250mg every 5 days for weeks 1-10
I will run winny for weeks 2-12 at 50mg EOD
I want to get the test in me before i start the winny. I plan to use the test to harden and the winny to get that pumped hard look.
Thoughts and PCT recommendations?
