I' 5'8 165lbs and about 5 months ago i did a var and dbol cycle. got okay gains but lost them due to not training hard enough. now i want a second cycle for abut 6 weeks which i will train realy hard at. any thought people. I will probably jab because i heard its safer. I want basically something to add about 10- 15 lbs of lean muscle with minimum sides over about 6 weeks. i dont wanna get huge because at my height that looks stupid. i want some decent strength as well.
so any ideas. my friend did a sus 250 and dbol cycle and got good gains. but maybe there is something else that would be better. the thing i worry most about is sides so i wanna keep them to a absolute minimum.
