I recently got my IGF-1 LR3 and was planning on running a 4 week cycle pinning 5 days a week at 40mcgs a day. As I continued to do research on the best frequency to pin I keep seeing more people suggesting eod and even e3d. My goals with this cycle are to help heal up a hip injury that i suffered a year ago, lose some body fat, gain some muscle mass, and to avoid gh gut at all costs. What are your guys experiences with IGF-1 LR3 and what would you suggest?
