Thoughts on 2nd cycle?

Height: 6'1
Weight: 200lbs
Experience: 4 years heavy lifting, 7 total
BF%: Roughly 13-14

1st cycle: test only 500mg per week. Didnt really like it, i think the dosing was too high. by the 12th week was so happy to get off. Estrogen was insanely high on cycle, and i was literally having problems getting it up on testosterone. Started using exemestane, Post cycle was clomid, nolva. Had serious back acne problems, again i started using exemestane and it went away, and my libido is out of control

2nd cycle thoughts:

- 1-12 test cyp 300mg per week
- 2-5 dbol 25mg per day
- 8-12 winstrol 50mg per day
- 1-20 exemstane at 12.5 eod or e3d
- 14-18 Clomid and exemestane for pct, also waiting for people to chime in on ntbd (sp?) post cycles that arr used here
- hcg 10-14 at 500 iu per week
- livercare and coq10 for BP

Diet will be 3700-4000 cals per day weeks 1-8, including 300gm protein, 80gm fat and the rest from whole grain carbs

Going to cut carbs after week 8 to lean down and try to show abs

Not sure why ur not starting the dbol until wk 2. Keep it at 1-4.

I'm guessing u were just running ur support incorrectly for ur first cycle. U should have felt amazing on 500 mg of test. If u ran forma stanozolol ur estrogen would have stayed in check.

300mg seems kind of low. I'd consider that 500mg dosage again with hcgenerate and forma for on cycle support.

You would recommend forma over exemestane or run it with it? I've had really good results from ex

EDIT: cant even find anywhere to buy forma. Also hcgenerate is $70/bottle?? Any reason why its better than hcg

Drop the nolvadex. It's trash.
Run the dbol 1-4 at 40mg
Increase test to 500wk
Aromasin at 12.5 eod
Forma 5am 5pm

I agree with oxymoron switch the dbol to 1-4 and in my opinion get rid of the winny sure it will get you pretty shredded but it's also gonna dry out your joints an personally I would rather spend the extra buck on var if you want something to cut you up but all in all you would probably do just fine with the test and dbol, also run arimidex on cycle at .5mg per day at first and if needed up it to 1mg per day and save the aromasin for pct, as for pct run Nolva 20mg a day for 6 weeks aromasin 20mg a day weeks 1-4 of pct hcg 500iu weeks 1-3 pct and vitamin E 1000iu weeks 1-3 of pct the vitamin E is gonna take away the suppression problem you get with hcg at that dose by increasing the responsiveness of plasma testosterone to hcg
Just a little side note whole grains carry with them phyto estrogens and since you seem to be more prone to estrogenic sides I would recommend switching to rye bread to help with that issue plus you get a little extra protein with rye

Its only $20 or so more for anavar .. would you recommend 50mg a day for 4 weeks to get cut up?
 
Yeah 50mg of var for the last 4 weeks should shred you up of course given that your diet changes to do so for those last 4 weeks keep in mind diet is everything!

Don't listen to this fool. Do not run Nolva! That shit is trash and out dated. The pct I mentioned is all you will need for this cycle. Almost everyone in here that runs will tell you these exact same substances. The hcg is on used to kick start your pct.
 
Hey i'm just sharing what works for me this has always worked extremely well for me but everyone is different I am going to try the pct you suggested on my next cycle since as you stated a majority of the people on this forum use it and seem to like it
