I didn't hear anything about lettuce. Just spinach. I have a bag in the fridge right now, I ate a couple sammiches w/ spin on them throughout the week but I feel fine.

Today at Subway they didn't have any spinach available to eat. Pretty gheigh. I love fresh spinach.

Bino, I feel you. Unless I eat like 4 chicken/spinach meals during the week I never finish more than half the bag before it turns to mush and smells like contaminated pussy.

I can eat a large bag in one day..............I steam it, and put it in low carb wraps with chicken..................it reduces to 1/10 it's size.

I LOVE the taste of it plain............

dude most times to me the bagged spinach looks equal if not better than the fresh spinach that you bag yourself


Just bust out those long arms and grab the one from the back, it expires 4 days later, lol
