I was curious whether it was a stimulant or how it worked. So I went to the website and read that it basically blocks some of the fat that you eat from being digested which results in grease coming out of your butt. Terrific!

This is a direct quote from their website, I shit you not (pun intended).

"You may feel an urgent need to go to the bathroom. Until you have a sense of any treatment effects, it's probably a smart idea to wear dark pants, and bring a change of clothes with you to work."

Ummmmm...no thanks. I would prefer to be fat as to be diarrhea stained at work. :worried:
 
Can you imagine some fat fuck that eats fast food every day that won't change his diet but takes this pill?
 
Plus, I doubt any of us eat enough fat for the pill to work.

I dont eat more than 25 g. of fat in one sitting ever unless its a holiday meal or something like that.

I think its supposed to motivate you to NOT eat fat so you dont get those side effects.

I want to put down a bucket of KFC and give a handfull of these pills a shot. I shall call myself.... tubguy.

I agree. You would look at something fattening and think "if I eat this, I may poop my pants at work."

A cheaper alternative would just be to have your significant other hit you in the head every time you ate something fattening...lol.

30 bucks? They are 60 here! I checked them out already. Figured mabye it would help me curtail my Sunday almost binge like behavior.

Till I saw what they did!!!

I eat fat girl food in public, ever alone, so that would never work for me , lol

Oh God, that Olean stuff! I had a single sized serving of those chips once. ONCE! I thought I was going to explode. It was not pretty! Plus, it seemed like the chips had been coated in chap stick. That olean stuff was NASTY.

I can't eat sugar free candies for the same reason. Diarrhea city! Those sugar-alcohols in the sugar free stuff are like my kryptonite.

if your worried about bloat/fat storage use chromium/ala/r-ala with your sunday heavy carb meal.

It's really not that hard to do. I'll look it up when I get home, but a double quarter pounder, fries, and a shake will put you well over triple.

1 tbsp of olive oil has 12 g, and 1 tbsp of olive oil doesn't work for me when I make a salad out of a bag of spring mix. I'm probably 2-3 of those, plus what's in the chicken, which I always trim before cooking, plus what's in the rest of the food.

Yeah, but I know that you also dont do that for 3 meals a day either ; or do you?

I was just guessing at the price. $60? Are people nuts? lol.

I think on the website that you are not supposed to eat over 15g of fat at each meal.

My normal day:

I take C.L.A. before every meal.
 
I take chromimum and vit b 12 shit works wonders for keeping me lean and i eat about 60 grams of carbs before bed ( 10 min actually)
 
I honestly think people who look to weight loss pills have other issues to work through. Spending your time researching how you can facilitate your laziness jumps out at me. Plus, weight loss pills don't tend to do anywhere near what a solid diet can do - except for like dnp or whatever. They're akin to a lot of the fad muscle-building supps out there in my mind.

Each meal involving chx breasts is 2 breasases. Rice is 1/2 c dry measure. I weigh over 200 lbs at 5'9". I'm not trying to get much bigger.

I take b12 too, and green tea extract before breakfast & lunch. BCAA's 4x/ day too.

Meh. I took metabolife when I was in law school and dropped so much weight that I had to quit taking them. It was effortless. Before I took them I was really stuck on a plateau.

I took thermosyn (?) twin labs

I loved that stuff. Used to make my mom buy it for me. lol

I started with metabolife too. I really took alot of dietpills back in the day.
 
Jnev and fez, how do you stand to eat the same bland thing day in and day out. I'm a very good cook and somewhat of a foodie. I love to make gourmet dinners, etc. I can't imagine subsisting on rice and tuna every day. On the other hand, trying to calulate the protein/carbs/fat ratio of a different meal for every meal is overly burdensome as well.

When i can bulk i have a bit of variety ( crackers, oatmeal, rice, potatoes, yams) thats about it... so not much..


I really dont know right now i have no variety its just chicken or tuna and one meal i get a potato...

I'm a big big glutton by nature, i have a major sweet tooth. I think just having the math down already is a kicker..like i can make a really good sandwich but i will give it to my brother...

Oh plus i cant cook thats another reason, i thought you can cook with vineger so all last year i was baking chicken in white vinegar..

The gourmet dinners you speak of do seem tempting... :chomp:

I dropped almost 30lbs in one month on metabolife and then quit because I was underweight...lol. I'm sorry that they took that off the market. That stuff was like magic for me. It really did work.

I'm a great cook and I do switch it up, but what I posted is a basic example. I'll have fish for dinner, or I'll do ground turkey or buffalo for the lunches. It's just that I know what's in the chx and rice, and how much I need to eat to get what I need. I throw my lunches down so fast I hardly taste them anyway.
