This new airport security scanners + patdowns that people are bitching about.

Not really a big deal. Go through them. If you dont want to for some reason, let the folks pat you down while you stfu about your complaining.

My beef is with the deadbeats who stand around supposedly running the security line, not the scanners.

I routinely carry large fragment plates in my bag. They look like 6"-9" long stainless steel knives. I've never been stopped once.

I dont have a problem with it either since it would be most hypocritical of me given my recent nood ass posting.

I dont have a problem with it. I fly all the time and I would rather have them do that , than have to look at peoples shoes to see if there are fuses sticking out. its the society we live in. If the ACLU or whoever does not like it.. Then they need to visit. Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Rental Cars at Low Rates...

I don't mind it. When I strike out on a date, I just go through it and feel satisfied.
