Its a cruel and unusual form of neutering a dog (if its male). Play dress up with it so much it thinks its a female and then loses desire to mate.

The ferrets don't have clothes. There are ferret clothes but I know my ferrets well enough to know that they'll have no part of that. I've never put them in socks but my husband has. It makes them incredibly wild once they escape!
The dog isn't fond of the jacket but it's awfully cute. He chews on the collar of it when he walks, lifting one front paw. Then he scoots around on 3 legs looking annoyed.

Haaaaa...that is so darn cute. My little boy hates to even have a collar on him. I don't think that I could get a jacket on him if my life depended on it.

Very Cute.. Little Dogs Rock indoors..
Our 3 Chihuahuas run like a race track pattern around the family room, around the couch, into the kitchen and living room at like 30 MPH. Bouncing off the sides of the couch and slipping in the corners on the tile floor..

The most unneeded purchase ever was when TB, in a moment of extreme optimism, purchased a large box of condoms prior to a vacation. Apparently forgetting that women tend to drive him nuts in real life though he does have some nice dreams about them.
