Goals are to gain as much LBM in 14days and I will do this later this summer just as an experiment. I know now I can gain FAST with dbol so that is what I will use. Tren isn't an alternative anymore due to the sides I get from it. I will also use Testo Propionate.
20 bulking bulking days, not more or less, 14 days on cycle.
Day 1: 50mg Dbol
Day 2-14: 40mg Dbol
( My response to 30mg of Thai was very very nice and in only one week pumps and strength was up a lot, so I will use 40mg for these days 2-14)
Propionate 300mg day 1, then 100mg ED
I will be working out in the gym monday to friday, 30minutes intensive workout each time. I will use low dose of Clen to hold off fat, 50mcg ED day 1-14, then 15-28 E/C
Slin On workout days(D/W/C/G = Dextros/Whey/Creatine/Glutamine:
Day 1: 2iu Insulin post workout(need to see how I response to it so I start low and tapper up): DWCG: 50/40/10/10
day 2: 4iu post workout: DWCG: 50/40/10/10
day 3: 6iu post workout: DWCG: 60/45/10/10
day 4: 8iu post workout: DWCG: 80/50/10/10
day 5: 8iu post workout: DWCG: 80/50/10/10
Day 6: OFF
day 7: off
Day 8: 8iu post workout: 80/50/10/10
day 9-12: 10iu post workout: 100/50/10/10
Cals 55%carbs/35% protein/10% fat
