Canadian authorities are actually studying a proposition that would double the cost of a blank CD in order to protect author's, singer, disc companies. But this isn't the craziest part:

People would have to pay a special 21$ tax on every GB when they buy a MP3 player. Yes sir, 21 fuckin pesos. When will this madness stop ????
