Shirt Size on cycle??

Im wondering what size dress shirt you guys wear on cycle as opposed to off? My first cycle, I didnt need to wear a tie. Now I do (Im not rich enough for a new wardrobe all the time.)

Im 18 34/35. Before my cycle

On - 20.0+ 35/36

The worst thing about dress shirts is getting that top button done up! LMAO. Sometimes the bicep pump I get from trying to do it up is insane.
