Hiatussin New member Nov 10, 2005 #4 and then theres Jack La Lanne who is 91 and looks and acts like a healthy 60 yr old I bet hes still enjoying life. Theres also this japanese dude who is 98 and does track and field. He runs 100 meters in 20 seconds. not bad for a 98 yr old.

Click to expand... very slow in fact but for a 98 yr old person it just means he can walk 2 meters /second and not fall. that´s 4.5 mph. A good steady pace, just too fast to walk, you´d already have to jog. How many 98 yr olds are jogging around?
