Smith close grip bench for triceps is up another 50 pounds from last week. (doin 270 plus bar for sets) Also went up on cable concentration single curls for sets of 8 with 100 pounds. Most exercises were raised between 25 and 50 pounds over last weekend on sets. Strength is shooting and arms are now 18 3/4 cold flexed. Bodyfat has gone up a bit so I have to clean up my eating a bit (No dipping my protien bars in skippy peanut butter anymore)
