third cycle suggestions

Currently on my second cycle which is 400mg of deca and 500mg of sus per week, i'm up 14ibs and this is week 5, so i am currently at 184ibs, any ideas for a third cycle which is affordable and does NOT include orals as i am a bit conscious about my liver
