third 200mg cap......help out

well I started my first dnp cycle yesterday mooring and I am taking I'm every 16 hours.
I don't really feel it yet, but I think something might kick in after 48 hours.....that is what I heard atlest

so if I do not feel any thing tomorrow mooring I am thinking of going up to 200mg every 12 hours for the last 7 days
what do you guys think?

If your anywhere near 200lbs 400mg/day should not be a problem. IMO
I can feel it working within a few hours when I start out, but thats @ 800mg/day.
