I've read in an old book about building(Death in the Locker Room or something like that) that people took oral thiomucase? It isn't the same thing that you can buy now and use topically is it?

yeah, I think it is the same thing.. It comes in a few forms of administration.. I have heard of injectable thiomucase and topical.. but never oral.. so I am pretty sure.. don't know how it could be different...

I read that the prefered administration is topical... some say they like injectable better... I haven't tried it yet, so I couldn't help you there...

I have used it as a topical in a prep for a contest. It was my first one so I don't know if that worked or the diet or the cardio? SO just wondering what others experiences are with it. I know it works as a GREAT moistureizer!!!
