I have been reading the boards here for some time, have a supplement related questions I wasn't able to find via the search function.
I am 30, have been training on and off for about 8 years, but consistently for about 18 months. I had shoulder surgery about 2 years ago, and have been forced to modify some of my workouts accordingly. Goal is to grow, I would like to get to 210-215. Stats below, then a question:

190 lbs
approx 10% bf right now (I have been on a bulk for 6 weeks from 182lbs)
Bench - 275 x 6
Deadlift - 315 x 3
Squat - 275 x 6
current Split
M-Chest / Front and Anterior Delts / Abs
T - Back / Rear Delts
W- Off
T - Legs / Abs
F - Bis/ Tris/ Forarms / Rotator Cuff rehab
S-off
Su- Off
SUPPS:
Basic One a day Multi
Animal Pump Pre-workout
Anabolic Window Post Workout Recovery
ON - Pro Complex Protein (couple servings per day)
DIET:
Minimum 6 meals a day - eating everything in sight
Minimum 200 grams of protein per day (food and Pro-Complex)
OKAY, thats the background - here is the question -
I have always been 100% natural, and plan to stay that way. Having said that, I have been doing considerable research lately about some of the new generation of prohormones currently available and legal on the market. I realize that many of these are designed to mirror the effects of older generartion PH which have been banned. I was wondering if some of you who have experimented with currently availabel PH products, (3-AD, HAVOC, etc.) could give some feedback to someone in my position.
What I would hope to get out of these products would be quicker recovery time increased size, weight, hardness, etc.
