Thin hair

What is the best shampoo for thin hair? I can't wash my hair everyday or my hair begins to get thinner and fall out too easily. I currently use Pert Plus once every other day but i heard there are special shampoo formulas for thin hair that i can use daily. Any help please?

I use Nioxin. I get it at a local salon and it's about $12.

i use nizoral 2% EOD and poly-80 EOD.

Nioxin somehow helps get rid of DHT as well as stimulate more blood flow to your scalp. You can actually feel it tingling. I know other shampoos do that, but I thought it was kinda cool the first few times I used it.

ok i havent done ANY research on the hair topic so tell me to SEARCH if u want lol I thinned after my 1st two cycles...i was yougn and just took what i could get.....what helps for what kinds of thinning? any good sites to read up on? if u take ur hand and rest it on the top of ur head thats where i have thinning.

topicals:
spironolactone 2% (liquid) and 5% cream (topical anti-androgen)
minoxidil 5% (bald spot area preventative, supposed to grow too)
azelaic acid 5% (mixed with minox 5%, topical anti-androgen)

shampoos:
Nizoral 1% or 2% (topical anti-fungal dandruff shampoo that helps with hair follicles)
Polysorbate-80 (ask sofa george on the specifics )

lasermax is what it is called and it claims it will regrow hair. before you think this is bullshit check it out it might just help.

This is not a joke but I was using Pert Plus for a while and my gf at the time told me she heard it causes your hair to thin. I stopped using it and I think she was right. I have no idea where or how she heard it.
