thigh hurting after inject?

hey guys - just did an inject and did it a little closer to the knee... still in the muscle about 3-4 inches from the knee... usually do it further back but it was bruised a little from my last inject.

well this time I injected... was normal going in but after now its sore and hurts when I flex the muscle.

any ideas? I injected test p and tren a - .5cc of both

^^^^^Good advise above^^^^^It will be alright just massage it take a hot bath and keep them moving, Its not hot or anything right? I think you just went a little low....

middle outer quad is the sweet spot.
hot cloth and massage.

it should eb ok..ive inject to close to the bone and get the same pain

I had some weird dramas with quads. mid outer thigh inject and i had serious pain sweeping right over th knee cap for days after. just giving it a real good massage straight after inject fixed it.

Awesome - Thanks guys... next time rather than going lower, i may skip that spot if it is bruised or move it up a little.
