Out of nowhere on Friday, I get this tingling sensation in my left hand.. then by that evening... numbness sets in both my index and pinkie finger, figured it would have gone away by now but it hasn't.

It seems to be getting worse. Squeezing is an issue... I have no grip strength in that hand. Typing is a hassle sometimes cause they don't cooperate with me.. grrrr...

What the heck could possilbly be going on here... It sorta feels like right when your hand falls asleep... getting very irritating.

And no .. No HGH.. this happened to me once before after a heavy squat... squeezing the bar so tight I guess. It lasted for 2 weeks.. went to the doc and he said they could do some nerve testing on me but it would be pointless and that it would subside soon.

this time I didn't do anything to trigger it.. the tightest thing I've gripped.. is eh.. ok back to the problem at hand....

I had it checked for Carpualtunnel.. it was a nada!

maybe poor circulation.. or it may have something to do with that past surgery I had in my elbow.. hmm
