put on high heat
once they begin to boil, then you count down to 10 mins
remove from heat
soak in cold water until eggs cool
your shells should come off easily and your yolks shouldbe a perfect yellow color (if they are green, you have overcooked the eggs)

I used to eat about 30-60 eggs a day depending on what other protein I had in the fridge. Heres a secret to peeling eggs: you boil them, then immediately dump them in some cold water. Let them sit in there unil they're not burning hot then immediatley peel them. This will make the eggs easier to peel.
There are other suggestions out there. Some even suggest adding some baking soda. I don't do any of that, just straight into cold water.
