Thermo DynamX

I am looking to get some feedback on EAS Thermo Dynamx.

i am looking to loose 10 lbs or so and get into better shape overall.

I plan on starting the "Body For Life" program in the next few days (have heard very good things from people) ... and it was recommended that I take thermo dynamx as well ... I have taken Xenedrine in the past and it really messed me up. I was told that thermo dynamx will not effect me the same way, and was hoping for some insight, getting started on the right foot.

ThermoDynamX is great stuff for energy, mental focus, and appetite supression. I just recently switched back to Xenadrine EFX from ThermoDynamX, but as soon as this stuff runs out, I'm back on ThermoDynamX. I give it two thumbs up!
