Thermics by Molecular Nutrition - oh yeah!

Props to Bill Llwellyn. I have been pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of Thermics - not because of any concern about the quality of Molecular Nutrtion products, but because until Thermics, I had yet to find a non- e/c or non-n/c fat loss product that at a minimum, is just as effective.

i'm curious about it, since i gotta stay away from ephedra.

have you used both ECA and NYC in order to compare them to thermics? and which do you think was most effective of the 3?

also, did it affect your heart rate and/or BP like ephedra does?

To young guns: I haven't experienced any of the side effects some people feel with e/c or n/c products, but then again, I have a pretty high tolerance, so I'm probably not the best person to ask about the side effects. Thermics does contain yohimbe but again, I have a high tolerance for yohimbe/yohimbine products, soooo...

I rate the effectiveness of Thermics at least equal to the many e/c and n/c products I've tried. Like most guys, I tend to accumulate excess bodyfat around the abdomen, and this is where I'm seeing rapid improvement with Thermics.
