scientifically speakign my dear friend SG, I was born with the genetic DNA make up of having a low fat cell count, thus leaving me with a low amount of predisposition of fat...
however, when my sister was born my mother saw that she was a rolly polly type female adn immediately shed all the baby fat off of her at once with a steak knife..
she kept the fat to use to make soap to bathe us in

the phillippines is to ethnically varied to make generalizations. Where my family is from (the south)most of the guys are actually pretty stocky. In places like Manila there are alot of sickly looking skinny people. Alot of this might be diet, but it could also be that areas such as Manila have a higher mix of Chinese blood.
mostly due to diet and traditional diets (for chinese lack of food).....when your whole society doesnt really eat meat you dont get huge overnight ya know (for hindu's lack of protein)....if u look at a lot of the male actors in bollywood some of them are pretty damn big

I was lucky growing up bcause my mom cooked a lot of korean food..i ate a lot of vegetables, rice, and fish and lean meat...the fish was key..a lot of omega-3 fats etc...didnt know it was so healthy til I grew up and learned as much..

I think it's disgusting when people eat too much. What is wrong with them??? Why don't they get a hold of themselves??? Obviously they are CHOOSING to do it - I mean, the food does not gravitate out of the fridge and into their mouths does it? And before that did it fly into their shopping cart.

we had a weight loss program that lost its leader...
actions on my part ensured it would never run again
i'm not proud of that now...*sigh*
i more than paid for it though
mind you if it works so well why am i not perfect weight...i think it was not perfect...would have said that woman is not reading the Bible enough

Kak....Seoul kicks ass. Yeah, I was there as a soldier in the Army. I did, however, venture beyond the boundaries of Itaewon. I had a girlfriend (Mi Oke) for about eight months of my year there. She showed me all of the city I could see, not to mention she was HOT . We also went to Pusan and Samgakchi to vacation. I want to go back someday in the worst way.
