hey everyone i was just wondering if you have used this product before. i am new to it and i am going to order some. does themorexin create muscle loss at all? it shouldnt if you diet and training is good i presume. like i said i am new to it, any result posts/ thanks Woot.
 
hey macro if im lifting heavy weights still though 3 times a week will it benefit from my heavy lifting days compared to my cardio? i would imagine so.

varies, most people see the greatest difference, especially with perceived exertion and enhanced endurance, when doing cardio. But many notice increase in lifts as well (due to CNS stimulation).

as a note to enhance fat burning 10 min warm up prior to heavy lifting (which will reduce risk on injury and every one should do) as well as 20 min light/moderate cardio after lifting will greatly increase fat burning.
 
do you need to ingest carbs with it? i cant drink coffee pre-workout because my blood sugar drops waaaay to low. im on ckd of course.....i heard tabs of caffiene are ok for my case??

no, you dont have too. Some people find it either helpful or necessary. But the best way to test is to see how you respond. If you have taken it that way and felt fine/respond well... then stick with it.
