The worst thing with dieting down

Removing all the frigging bodyhair..its the most teadious job i know. it doesnt help when you have legs that are long as shit either.

Yes, but their lack of circumference I'm sure is a life-saver.

Questions:

1) Why are you still on diet? Dieting lower than you are now is just a loss of muscle.
2) Why do you HAVE to shave ALL your bodyhair? That mango jello feels good with bodyhair, too.
3) How much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

answers:

1) I am not that low yet. im STILL eating 370g of carbs a day, and im not quite there yet. My strenght is still increasing, while my weight is decreasing.

2) I dont shave anything. But i have to remove the bodyhair cuz to me it looks better, and feels better.

3) Chuck you
 
There is no point in dieting down in an extreme fashion. When your dieting, your not growing. peace
 
Stig - again.....fat loss is based on the calories eaten < calories burned.

Reducing your calories a bit, especially carbs, will have an easier effect on the body than trying to burn an equilvalent amount via cardio....lower cortisol as well = more retained muscle.

Been doing the total body thing for over two years now. I've come to rather enjoy it at times- epecially right after I shave and put some baby oil on right before bed.

Yeah, but I sure do look a lot better and the rebound effect is awesome when you up you caloric intake again.

true, but i keep looking at that picture of you taken when you were 19 or something..and you are out on the sun. i still havent gotten that ripped, and like i said, my strenght isnt decreasing. neither is my muscle size.

And cornhole i hear what you are saying. but im only doing 5 cardio sessiones a week, for 30 minute. and its as low impact as it can be. So i dont feel that im burning myself out at all.

A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could if a woodchuck could chuck wood.
