true, but i keep looking at that picture of you taken when you were 19 or something..and you are out on the sun. i still havent gotten that ripped, and like i said, my strenght isnt decreasing. neither is my muscle size.
And cornhole i hear what you are saying. but im only doing 5 cardio sessiones a week, for 30 minute. and its as low impact as it can be. So i dont feel that im burning myself out at all.
