Okay, maybe y'all can help me with this one.
Thanks to my frequent marathon cardio fits I have an ingrown toenail on the big toe of my left foot. This was not a problem, as I have had them before blah blah blah. However, through some freak of biology my ingrown toenail has mutated and become a gaping, pus-filled hole in the corner of my nail bed. I'm afraid some new species of life form is going to develop, emerge, and wreak havoc upon the world the likes mankind (not Mick Foley) has never seen.
World-dominating toe fungus creatures aside, my problem is this: I cannot use the elliptical trainer or the treadmill without erupting in a tirade of profanity due to the pain. Does anyone have any idea what I can do for cardio while this heals up? Will a few days of no cardio put a damper on my fat loss and fitness efforts? Will my toe fungus creature ever be stopped? Stay tuned...
Help will be, as always, much appreciated.
Jenn
