Can anyone tell me if I could simply mix my Creatine with yogurt or oatmeal, or is it better to mix with water? I have researched that mixing it with juice is the best but I cannot consume high sugar items..?? Any suggestion would be helpful.

It is best to take creatine on an empty stomach but many (including myself) cannot handle creatine/water on an empty stomach. Taking it with food is ok. I have found that hot tea or coffee and creatine mixed in is the best. The creatine dissolves in the hot liquid and you don't get that gritty taste. Either way you should be ok. You should only be consuming creatine post workout at moderate doses (1 tbsp). Taking it everyday disrupts cellular activity and may hinder nutrient absorption...
