ok,

im about 6'4" i just lost about 20 pounds mostly fat id say, im looking a lot better aroudn the weist, but now im feeling a LOT smaller everywhere else (arms, legs, chest) im at about 185 now, which is super small, ive been working out now on and off for about 2 years and ive seen many gains but nothing worth braggin about (i was way smaller than 185 before i started) ... 2nite was horrible some guy tried started a fight with me and im kinda choked about it (i should have ripped his head off) ... now i want to take the next 6 months and dedicate it to nothing but working out and working out hard, ill do anything it takes and i don't plan on drinking ro even going out weekends (but please know it wasn't becasue this guy wanted to fight) its part of the self confidence issue

now i, i can't do injects cause if a needle is found im gonna get booted out my house, but if i have pills i can pass them off as supplements (so that leaves me to oral :S ) so far ive researched a dbol 25mg.ed for 4 weeks with a winny or anavar cycle at about the same mg for 4 weeks and clomid therepy (still gotta read about this better to be honest) .... i want to start around jan 1st (decemeber 15th if i get enough good replies) .... i just pretty much want some help with this body building, and yes im dedicated and want to turn to some as to get some help, so any help/input is great

Hey Bro,

First you must build self confidence from within. All the bodybuilding in the world won't help that. No matter how big you get if you do not change from within you will still be that same person at 185lbs or 285lbs.

As for the asshole who tried to pick a fight with you FUCK HIM ":finger:". There will be plenty of those types of people in your lifetime!

You got to take in at least 6 meals a day, train smart, heavy and hard. Don't go out and party and consistency is what will get you there.

I would add some test with the d-bol.

Hmmm....

First thing....get down to the body fat % you desire. You might as well be lean before doing anything, because in bulking, you only want to gain 2" on the waist before going to cutting to get the excess fat off then bulk again.

To be fair, an 8 week cycle with intake sufficient to add muscle won't pack on fat so much that you have to go to cutting before the end of cycle.

If you're going orals only, start light dosage and go up carefully. You're dealing with the most toxic of AAS (compared to injectibles). Do your research and tread carefully.

As is already stated, see a support group about your body image. Bodybuilding is rewarding, BUT IT IS A HEAD GAME. You'll catch yourself comparing yourself to other guys thinking how he's better than you or you're better than him when DNA might give each of you advantages over each other in specific areas. You gotta love yourself for who you are, not constantly long for what someone else has. Otherwise, AAS will become a crutch and you'll abuse them to obtain what might be unobtainable for you.
