George Spellwin has a great report out this week.

Pick up a copy of this book:

If George Endorses this book then I will pick one up ASAP.
Everything else I've read/seen that's endorsed by G.S. has been nothing short of "crucial" to helping me better myself and achieve my goals as a BodyBuilder.

If this is anything like the other publications I have seen/bought - it will be of great value to "anyone" (women/guys/fitness enthusiests to harcore B.B.'s)

Obviously I'm just a Platinum Member, - but I have to give credit where credit's due.

Do yourself a favor and grab a copy of this.

I have read many valuable e-books via EF.

Would any books be published in paper?

It's just nice to not stare at a computer screen for more than I have to at work and in my free time, lol.

Elite Fitness should put out an Encyclopedia of Very Modern Bodybuilding (similar to Ahnold's... great book too!!)!

Yes, I dig a physical copy that I can read away from this damned machine, lol... slave to the computer, I swear it's making my eye sight worst.

Maybe this is that book!

I don't buy into much of the hype of supps in mags, or even some of the products of the AF Store, or a lot of the e-books and shit I see around this site. What caught my eye here was the 3 month money-back guarantee if not satisfied. Makes it seem like a safe gamble. I may check it out for that reason alone.

Same here, the 3 month money back was a nice touch, makes you more comfortable picking it up..............will pick it up and check it out :)

yup.

If you don't see a link in your browser set up, go to the Karma Store and there's probably a link for the EF E-Book store page in there somewhere.

Just bought the new ebook. I already know the large part of the basic stuff but im sure i can still learn from it.

Just browsed trough it and it seems a decent read.

Great work done and countless hours are put in it if you ask me.

I guess no one wants a paper back version.

:p

I Do - but I would assume that would be more expensive.
