Janice was fucking Ralphie anally, yes. And I'm pretty sure after Ralphie picked up the phone and had her stop, she then started using the vibe on herself.

According to E! News, Robert Iler ("that kid") went on the Atkins diet while the series was on hiatus, and that's how he dropped the weight. Jamie-Lyn Sigler is a LOT thinner than she was at the end of last season - since her shrink pointedly brought up her throwing up at Jackie's funeral and asked if she purged regularly, I'm wondering if Meadow's going to have an eating disorder storyline.
