Yeah I can't tell if this is sarcasm.

That said, I personally enjoy the music released by The Slipknots. I still have "Left Behind" on my gym mp3 rotation even though the song is like 10 years old. You have to respect a band that rolls around trying to look as evil as they do.

On a side note, $150,000 in guitars were stolen from Creed this week. Hopefully Guitar World or wherever they get their equipment from will refuse to sell them new equipment.

I am planning a trip to Seattle to hit Ozzfest, primarily to catch The 'Knots.

Slipknot fucking rocks. I never listened to them until i saw this thread and decided to download a few songs. Now i've got like 10 songs on my MP3 player by them.

Considering their first two albums were garbage, I don't have much expectation for this one. Though, I do enjoy song "Duality." Then again, I've liked all of their singles. Just turns out the rest of the records sound like feces.

Some online chick stopped talking to me after I told her I liked slipknot, but I liked Static X a lot more, because some of Slip's songs just come off as noice to me, and I think she actually got offended. Like wtf I like most of their music, isn;t that enough?

Simmer down Corky, some of us might just happen to prefer our music a little heavier. Slipknot just doesn't do it for me, sorry. I do have a promo cd of the new album, and I guess if you liked the last two releases there will be no reason for you not to like this one. To each his own I guess.
