Ok, my bodyweight is about 191lb. I eat about 300-350grams protein per day. I'm on gear and like to get most out of it, so I thought I might bump protein even some more...but really, how much is nessesary..?
For someone like me, 191, 6#, around 8%bf. Gear EQ/Nandrolone phentylprop and winny, how much should I eat, maximum..? Is the difference between 1.5g/lb to 2g/lb that big?
I also think it is very difficult to consume all that protein. I try to eat about 50g post workout. 40g breakfast, 50g lunch, and 50g at supper. Also 50g before bedtime. Trainingdays this would be 240g. Non work out days 190g. Then ofcourse I eat smaller meals during the day. About 4. each meal 30g protein. Then I'm up to 310g non work out days and 370g work out days..This should be enough shouldn't it?
Protein comes from chicken, lots of white fish, red meat, shakes, tuna. Also the protein in the pasta and especially the rice that I eat for most of my meals.
So how much per day, and how much per MEAL, would be "enough" or should I say high enough if your goals were to gain as much muscle mass as possible.
