has anyone ever read this book? is there any good info in the book? im trying to learn more about contest preparation and this book is like $50. just wondering if it is worth it.

Although I've never read the book, the website that sells it - www.meso-rx.com - is one of the most stand up places out there. They only sell quality material, so I would say it's a good buy.
