Alright, to all you experienced bro's out there. I'm about to turn 24 years old. I'm 5'8" and 220 lbs. had my body fat checked about 4 weeks ago when I weighed 230 and it was 30%. I've never cycled before. I'm currently dieting and training my ass off. I'm losing about 2.5 pounds per week and my weights are going up every week. Making great gains right now and the fat is coming off slowly but surely. My current plan is to burn off as much fat as possible by January and start my first cycle with the new year. By January I hope to be down to 195 and down to at least 15-20% body fat when I start my cycle. What would be "The Perfect Cutting Cycle?" Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
