Well, summertime is here and the temperature is around the low to mid 90's here in NJ, and i am one of those realy sweaty people. i sweat when im about to work out, i sweat while eating and walking from the car to class. i am not fat either
Il ike to share a few tips to keep comfortable
1)wear loose underwear(when your junk is cool so is the rest of your body)
2) if you have an appointment somewhere get ready a little earlier so you dont get overheated looking all over the house for your left shoe when you have to be at class in ten minutes and it takes fifteen to get there.
3)avoid road rage because it will make you sweat even more
4) when eating pace yourself and avoid spicy food(tobasco sause and tuna is a no no
5) carry around a tub of ice water
feel free to add any helpfull tips to keep cool or reduse swamp ass

You should ammend #1. Instead of loose underwear, no underwear would be better.

This is a fucked up story of overheating.
last year in a geography class it was hot as fuck no a/c or anything,well I was in jeans knowing I was sweating like hell,well I stood up and steam I guess came from the back of my pants and the whole fucking class bust out laughing,I couldnt do anything but laugh.
I didnt notice this but some girl behind me said thats what happened

I find underwear to be invaluable for soaking up sweat, with none it just runs down your legs.
