The new rating system. How's it working out?

I haven't been following the board for a few months. My workout motivation has been in the shitter for just as long. I wish I could stay motivated like some people on here. What are the secrets?

I even went to a hynotist who has an office near mine, but she couldn't put me under. She said she had never failed to hypnotize anybody before besides me. Not much of a relief there. $60 down the tubes.

Anyway, I read about the new survivor-type rating system going on here and thought I'd pop back in. What's the overall opinion. Is it working? Has anyone been booted? Has it stopped flames? Trolls?

Someone fill me in.

people still flame but they get their bad karma.

Seeing the changes in your body and hearing the comments of your friends should be enough motivation to keep training!
No sweat no gain!

Do some research onto NLP (ie neuro linguistic programming) Its quite an interesting area and can help you learn and understand why you do what you do and how to circumvent it as well as learn why others do what they do etc.
