Will the new label for Coca-cola have an effect on the stock price?

I think this will lead to the second burning of Atlanta.

I'm not sure but I swear that if this change alters the way in which Coke feels when poured onto my genitals I'm gonna be upset somethin' fierce.

What does the label look like? I must be living in the woods or something because I haven't even heard a thing on this. I have seen a special on the food network a while back on Coke back in the 50's or so when they changed their label and it caused an outrage and sales went down I guess. If the fat asses of America don't like the new label than Coke is screwed.:(

The change is only to the label. It will supposedly enhance the old school design, and I think they are adding a yellow hint to the ribbon from what I hear.
All I know is that the last time that they changed the look, people were pissed... then again, they changed the formula too.

And Pepsi really did have a label that when you put two cans on top of each other and then twisted them so that they lined up a certain way - it said SEX.
That, in my 10 year old brain (however old I was at the time), was an amazing thing.

Doesn't part of Atlanta burn every year during the obligatory Freak Week riots?

yeah - that is what I think.

history has shown them over and over that people prefer Coke as a brand, less so flavor or anything else.
they are loyal to the idea of Coke - yet they keep changing the stuff.
I think it is likely some executive trying to make his or her mark on the thing.
I own stock in them, and I'm gonna have to go with the downward deal happening.

There hasn't been much talk of it - I watch cnbc a lot and they mentioned it on there I think. It was brief and they only described it, no visuals.
or maybe it was E Entertainment news ;)

i wasn't aware there was a new label. it has got to be better than the cheesy old one.

Let's Bring Back The BIG BOY!

Remember the Shoney's Big Boy statue? Reminding every dumbass what they'll look like if they continue to eat like a "Big Boy"? Let's bring it back... Maybe use it as an endorsement seal like for the Fast Food Industry - This Tripple Fat Burger with a bucket of Fries has been BIG BOY APPROVED. Enjoy it and make sure you feed some to your 1 year old baby you piece of shit!

I want to see someone that is dressed up like the Bob's Big Boy, just wandering the streets, asking for money.

is that too much to ask?
probably
