The matching Game. please help.

I ordered from the secret agent a few months ago and I dont want to hear how his stuff is shit as I already know. I just want to know what the fuck is what so I can give it to a friend of mine. Here is what I ordered and the codes he labled on the packages. please help me match them up. The secret agent will not answer my emails.
