Does it appear with greater statistic frequency in certain ethnic groups much like sickle cell anemia or tay-sachs disease? If so, which chromosome is responsible? Help me understand.

I think this is more of an environmental influence rather than genetic. Sure some can state that blacks are resorting to a more primative state of mind but this may only be caused by the way they were raised. One can also take the position that since blacks were oppressed for so long, it caused them to keep this "only the strong survive" mentality. With little to no way for them to succeed during slave times and segregation, one could accept the possibility that stealing was the only way to survive.
With that said, since it has been something like 50 years since the abolition of segregration and handouts such as affirmative action, this primative mentality should have been systematically pushed out by each generation. This is assuming that they wanted to succeed though which doesn't seem the case.
For some reason, I believe in the slight possibility that blacks do hold some sort of dare I say primative gene in them. I'm not calling all blacks primative by any means, just that their environment seems to either oppress or influence this behavior. I would really love to hear a psychologists view on it.

This is the same propaganda the US military subscribed to during WWII for the purpose of excluding blacks from pilot training programs. Apparently it was believed that when blacks came under fire, they would revert to their simian ancestry and crash the plane. Why wouldn't whites though? Don't whites share the same simian ancestory? Historically which species of apes congregated and looted depart stores?

See that's why I was a little apprehesive in taking the gentic side. I do think it's more environmental but I can't totally rule out the gentic influence since I don't know enough about the subject. What are your thought?
