What are the neggative side effects of this? How natural looking are the results? if you use a resonable ammount, will your muscles keep their density?

If you use a reasonable amount and do it correctly it actually makes the muscle look better...But I would only use this if a bodypart was very stubborn, or if you were going to compete...

if the active ingriedient is collegen then it will stay inbedded in your fbres, however if it is silica, it is 100% gone within a few months; during this time the oil stretched the fascia to a great abnormal extent, therefore creating "new pockets" for new muscle to grow.
