I think mine is just fat. I've had it my whole life, and it only looked worse when I put on 40lbs. when bulking. When I have THO they look fine

If you were previously fat or fat as a chile and have no lumps it can be from fat and also excess skin! Excess skin is often left behind even after fat is lost!

puffyness can be due to FAT.. if the tissue is less "watery" this is more likely the case.. or oestrogenic/prolactin pufyness.. which is a localized water retention associated with the gland and these hormones...

yohimburn (DF), bromo, vitex (other dopaminegics as well) and perhaps andactrim are all possible options.. local gh or pgf2a MAY help for fat..but GH can aggravate gyno... pgf2a hurts and wont do anything for puffyness..
