Ambien actually works very well, but make sure you check in w/ your doctor first.

depressing

Benadryl (diphenhydramine) tends to make me kinda depressed if I use it. I'm speaking of after the hangover has worn off....I've been treated for depression recently so maybe its just in people such as myself that this occurs.

Ambien is very strong stuff. It will not make you drowsy. You have to actually force your self to lay down and then you will fall asleep within 20-30 minutes. 10mg made me sleep for 12-15 hours, so I never took more then 5mg. It is very addictive stuff. DO NOT take it for more then 10-14 days. You will become addicted and withdrawl from this stuff is pretty bad. My dad prescribe it to me for 2 years and I am trying to get off it. Godamn bastard! I wish I had read about how bad the withdrawl can be, and had been warned first.
