Agreed!

It was totally different for me:

It helps lose fat w/o lean mass loss - yes (short term)
It helps lose fat but lean mass as well - probably if done for 4+ weeks while lifting heavy
You feel like shit while on low carbs - not me...I felt absolutely no different
You feel just as energized as with more carbs (or more) - yep
It's a pain in the ass to follow this diet - it's not difficult if you keep your choices fairly limited
It's quite pleasant to follow this diet - it takes will power but the results were worth it
You will do it again - yes...for 2-3 weeks at a time as needed
Once but not twice
It's worth it - it was great to drop 7lbs in 12 days (after a full week to allow glycogen and water replenishment)
It's not worth it
It makes your lifts pityful - I made a point of not trying to lift heavy. If the goal is to drop BF then you need to concentrate on long easy sessions of lifting and cardio...that's how the diet works best IMHO
You can still lift heavy - The one day I tried to do 8-10 rep sets made it obvious that my strength was down significantly. But I don't let that bother me...my goal was to get cut and I did.

it has been working great for me......... I was told the reason i felt like shit the 1st couple of days was because I was not takeing in enough fats.. 75fat 35 protein 1st day...?? .... what CKD are you all doing ... i know mr X has one on his page...
how did you all do yours

i started it after a 6month lay off...
i have gained 1/2 inch on my arms... in 2 weeks so i am gaining muscle..
and 1inch around my waist belly button...
I felt week the 1st few day... going into keytosis.... but since then i fill like i have more engergy.... i have no heart burn... skin is clear... I am starting to think
...i had a problem with carbs..... get gass from arificial sweetners though....
other than that i feel great....

I like it, but it makes my muscle look flat as hell. i only ever do it for a week or so at a time, than its more like 40/40/20 with the same number of calories as CKD.

I don't really believe in it too much because not one proffessional uses it.

ummm there are many that use it... ??

I love it.
I lost some weight, not much muscle(if not at all).
No problem with enregy.
I think it helped me to understand how you use carbs.
Very simple to stay on.
I think it's good to try it and see :)

30 lbs gone in 2 months and 6 inches off my waist here for me.

I carbup after depletion workut on saturday into sunday night. I eat whatever, i dont care about exact ratios. If im hungry and can shove a cab in my face i will.

mon-tue- heavy lifts on a 3 bodypart split.
wed-fri- hiit sprints outside for about an hour .
sat: depletion workout then carb up.

Looks a little different tho if i decide to not carbup fo 2 weeks.

and yes it takes willpower, honestly guys the only thing i eat and have been eating the past 2 months is chicken, flax oil, steamed veggies and maybe some peanut butter. Yes I am nazi like when it comes to this. I've done this in the past with mild sucess (would up at 165 lbs on my 6'4" frame, too thin and still not completely ripped( but im more knowledgable and headstrong now. 2 months till im ripped I hope. Also taking a lot o OTC supps. (ephedrine, evodiamine, green tea exctract, tyrosine, plcar, sesathin) I could toss in t3 but im not.

If I cant get ripped on this I have issues but hell 30 lbs in 2 months...Hope that rate keeps coming. Even if it slowed to half, 15 lbs is all i want to lose right now (pure fat)
