I have now realised the stereotypical bodybuilder walk is not our faults!
Most train on a daily basis (3-6 times per week) so your muscules will be sore 3-6 days per week.
Hence after:
a leg workout you walk like you got a stick up your ass!
a chest and back workout your upper body hurts so your arms stay away from your body to prevent your lats from hurts and also soothing your aching chest muscles.
We all move like robots cause we're always f'in sore!!!!
And you thought it was our egos!
