Whatever. You asked and I told you.
Not true in this case because its a girl and she takes like 3 showers a day and is allergic to everything so the Ivory soap would make her skin worst. She is so clean that she developed rashes on her hands from washing them too many times. Not every one gets acne because they dont shower or are dirty, some people get skin conditions.Anyhow I ordered that acniliahtor.com product to see what happens. Its only 13.99 so its worth a try.Thanx to the guy that gave me the heads up and karma going your way.I know its not much but soon it will be more.

Ivory Soap is pure and undiluted with no chemicals or fragrances. If this girl is allergic to Ivory Soap then she would certainly be breaking out from just plain laundry detergent she washes her clothes in.

Also, it helps a wee bit more if you add some details to your original postings about who/what is suffering it than just a loaded open end question. Where you then have to discredit anything you are told by anyone.

Bro, you want Accutane. It works, period. If you are predisposed to depression it may be hard on you mentally, there have been cases of people getting suicidal thoughts when using it and other forms of depression developing but if you try it and those things dont bother you one other thing that is sure to happen is your skin to be clearer then before you try it. You have to take it for a long time and results are usually permanant. I had a minor case of acne but I cant stand my skin being anything less then perfect and I tried it and havent gotten a single zit since.

I've been using pro-activ for years and trust me man, there's a reason why that product is #1.

I usually get it shipped to me every 2 months, but I've changed that to every 5 weeks due to being ON cycle, thus using the product more frequently than usual.

I use it about twice a day.

That stuff works wonders man. Not sure if it works for everybody but from my experience, I've been absolutely satisfied with it.

Only thing is that it takes me about 5-10 minutes to apply all three applications.

Kind of time-consuming but I have no choice. I hate walking around with zits and shyt.

I have delt with acne since 15yrs old. The best wash i found is Hibiclens. If you got to the local pharm just ask for it. If they dont have it then they will order it. Its a pre-surgical scrub and really took away my acne. If your acne is cystic then I found that the wash in combo with Accutane is what works. Im currently using the 2 right now. If you have any other questions then just ask.

What is seabreeze?

SeaBreeze is a facial cleaner that you can get a walmart or cvs some place like that. Its liquid like a bottle of rubbing alcahol. The active ingredient in it is ascilic acid (sp) 1% it works pretty good. I told my friend about it who has had problems with it since he did his first cycle and he said his acne is going away. Or i use the 6% bezol peroxide soap in the shower.

this couldnt come at a better time.a friend, after taking roids for several years broke out with the worst case of acne id ever seen.after 2 topicals from the dermotogolist no change.i told him to ask about accutane.the doc said it causes SEVERE depression and would not prescribe it.anyone heard of this?this happened 2 days ago.he is on heavy antibiotics and is already looking better.i dont know what kind.my only fear is if a doc. said it causes depression is it safe to recomend it?

I use Seabreeze to prewash my hair with. Works awesome for undoing the damage that swimming in sea water does to it.

I agree, I take only 20mg/day and this is enough for me to get rid of my cystic acne on my back. What I don't agree with is the dose that most people take like 60-100mg. I think it should be taken like most ancillaries, in smaller doses so thst it's not toxic to your system while on AAS!

i liked it too, only side i had was a drying out of all my openings, lips, nose, bung that was the only issue i had with it, i had that after 1 dose. worked though

Over priced. Go to CVS, Walgreens, Walmart or wherever you like and buy the store brand version of Astringent. Look on the bottle for anything that says 2% Salicylic Acid. Cost $3.50 for 8 oz and will last for a long time.

That works as does anything 10% benzoly peroxide I use PanOxyl and alternate with Neutrogena acne scrub 2% Sallicylic acid.
Accutane is a last resort. My liver has been throught 3 wars, and 8 tours of duty already.

That is also a great combination. I've heard PanOxyl is very good also. Basically you can make your own "Pro-Active" combo for less money.

You need a scrub or a scrub with Benzoyl peroxide, and an astringent. That combo works very well.

I believe I was on 80mg for like 6 months. I was referred to a very good dermatologist fomr my family physcian and i did not even have drastic cystic acne just minor on my shoulders and back and I am positive if it was not for the Accutane it would have continued to get worse and worse. I have used all types of gear since I used the Accutane and let me tell you I have enver ever had to use it again. One 6 month cycle at 60mg ed led to permanant clear skin for me. I did suffer from weird thoughts and dreams...but never thoughts of suicide...probably because I'm a Pimp though, and Pimps don't kill themselves.

Obviously you have NEVER had major cystic ACNE. If anthing its underpriced.
You CANNOT put a price on being ACNE free.

But make no mistake its HARSH shit and yes expensive but it works...

And another thing to make clear you guys, cystic acne is not from lack of washing the skin. Its a mdeical condition that needs to be treated form the inside out.

Well kind of my whole point was you need to take a decent amount for a significant time. Even continue to use it when your skin is clear and get atleast 6 months under your belt, I would go for 8 months if your skin is just awful or longer if needed but one longe solid stretch of being on it if you can handle the sides....should not ever get cystic acne ever again. I use everyting from test suspension to anadrol...I did accutane over three years ago...and like I said my skin is a smooth as a babies ass.

he will be glad to hear that and have to go elsewhere besides the doc

If the acne is gear related, wouldn't controlling your estrogen levels help out a lot too?? I always thought acne was one of the side effects when gear aromatizes....so wouldn't that mean anti e's help with acne???

cystic acne is a whole other animal... I have red marks, or scars I guess,
that are still visable from 3 years ago on my shoulders, arms, stomach. They have some scar removel cream at Walgreens I'm going to try... Those little bastards last for ever.

It's possible but once it starts what are you going to do? Getting the levels back under control I doubt would reverse the issue. But I think it is fair to say the less those estrogen levels are bouncing aruond the better for all kinds of reasons.

i feel your pain. im in the same situation. i got the acne cleared up 3 months ago and im scarred bad. after my accutane im going to start looking into laser treatment. you guys need to try HIBICLENS to wash with. it cut my acne in half before i started accutane.

These aren't really scars, they are just skin level redish-purple spot. It's like a zit that healed up but left a zit tattoo. Smooth to the touch. That's why I
though about getting some scar cream.... it starts with an M. Walgrren's $25.

Probably worth a trip to my Dermatologist, and get some back up ammo.

i got what u have and i also have some hypertrpic scars too. my derm is telling me that the purple spots will fade but if you still have them 3yrs later then i better take action.

Retin-A and Merderma will fade scars very quick. About 2 months.

I had very severe cystic acne prolly 5 to 6 yrs ago, 3 courses of Accutane later and i have been acne free for the past 3yrs. I never got any really bad sides from Accutane, just the dryness of the lips. Have got scarring like others have mentioned, but are fading with time, but keen to try other creams suggested here and see how it goes.

Starting a Deca/Sus250/Stan cycle in next few weeks, interesting to see if i get any flare ups. Got a few Accutane repeats handy just incase ;)

I have a whole bunch of thoughts / suggestions (from personal experience):

Washing TOO often is just as bad as not staying clean as far as acne goes. That will make acne and rashes worse. Showering once or twice (at most) per day while using a good astringent in between is a good idea, even on your body. Any store-brand astringent will do. Try something like Neutrogena body wash.

I use an acne system (for the face) called Exposed. My brother & sister swear by proactive. Both work.

Eating clean is a must! Drinking tons of water is a must! Start from the inside-out.

Don't use any scented or dyed detergents / fabric softeners for clothes.... try some of the natural products.

Accutaine should only be used in extreme cases (like cystic acne) - it's harsh on the liver and must be doctor-regulated.

Topical clindamycin (sp?) lotion also works (it's not immediate, but it helps).

I began to get some slight acne on my shoulders a while back. I bought some Neutrogena Body Clear and it was cleared up in under 2 weeks.

Yes good advice. I believe 60-80mg/day is perfect when not on AAS but if you have to use during just drop the dose down around 20mg until finished.

Without a DOUBT....ACCUTANE

I speak from personal experience my friend! I would seriously be a spokesperson for free! It changed my life

The sides can be a bit rough though, but that all depends on the person. I had all the sides but still worth it

this product is just not salicylic acid it some type of botanical blend that soothes irritated skin like acne or razor burn and also an exfoliator.

ive used the products you mentioned and they dont compare to this what so ever. ive been in this game ALONG time...this is the best thing ive seen for bad skin.
