since ive never seen this mentioned i thought id share, and its cheap, a nice big bag of frozen pees works great, they stay cold for quite awhile and since they are pees will move so they will fit nicely over anything you apply it to (knees, elbow, shoulder) instead of being stiff and not moving like a water filled pack

I use them gel filled ones, they can be heated aswell

Throw some ice into your blender,put it in a plastic zip lock bag and form it to the area of pain. used for 20 min at a time take off for 20 and on for another 20. you can also use small dixie cups..fill with water ,put in the freezer and use when needed. after 48 hrs of injury you can use heat
