I'm not sure. there is a white pretty boy dude with greasy longer hair and I think a sleazy mustache. then there is a black dude, bill bellamy (sp?) - he used to be a VJ on MTV.

the premise of the show is that they are police that work in a special unit that uses only the shit that they take from criminals. and the shit that they take is all high end sports cars and bikes, and lots of money.
that and the white dude gets to hook up with chicks a lot apparently.
