Some labs do this. For example, one lab makes what they call "dry test" which contains arimidex. It is not popular with everyone as you can debate the effectiveness of the AI if it is not taken daily and the blood levels fluctuate. The one I am thinking of only makes it as a special order as not everyone likes it.

Another good mix is test and masteron. The masteron doesn't armoatize but still binds to your body's armotase enzymes acting as a good blocker.

Aye - I'd rather dose the AI as needed.
I do like the test/masteron combo. Masteron makes me horny like Proviron and gives keepable strength gains (not size) while keeping the estrogen down.

I would think that an AI would be most effective when passed through the liver (as in taking it orally). The liver is a primary source of Aromatase, and therefore, when we avoid the first pass through the liver with an AI, we will probably find it to be of reduced effectiveness, when compared with an AI that passes through the liver (i.e. an oral one).
