I always put aside 3 hours in the morning to head down to the City Mission to prepare food for the homeless. I'm taking Bri( my lil girl) this year for the first time to help out as well. I get so much out of Thanksgiving by being able to do this for people who do not have anything!

You have a good point. I don't really enjoy turkey that much though. Now ham, there's a different story altogether.

But, other than eating, and being off work, Thanksgiving is a waste of a day for me.

Ok..Ok...So the Packers aren't having their best season ever. And Brett Farve has had better years. (Retire? I am not sure about that though.) But it is Still PACKER Football.. And Nothing will ever beat going to a Packer Game at Lambeau Field... Sorry, I don't fall off the bandwagon very easy...got too much Green and Gold running through these veins yet.

Cowboys...I know they don't play Dallas this year... Did they play them last year? I can't remember.. I don't mind the Cowboys now that they no longer have Jimmie Johnson as a coach...
